Artist Bio
Amanda Burk is an emerging artist from Ontario whose practice is situated in drawing. She received her MFA from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, 2003 and her Honours BA Fine Arts Specialization from the University of Waterloo, 2001. Her recent exhibitions include: "Thresholds" at Spadina Museum, Toronto; "Reflection" at Lennox Contemporary, Toronto; "The Drawing Show" at arthouse, Calgary; and "Brave New World" at Diaspora Vibe Gallery, Miami and Anna Leonowens Gallery, Halifax.
